Barnstorm Entertainment is a cinema distribution company, dedicated to making it simple to bring Australian movies to cinema.
Barnstorm was created out of the need to provide Australian cinemas with an easy way to gain access to Australian content, from post-production to cinema screens.
With a passion for cinema and Australian content, Barnstorm Entertainment has geared up to take any movie and put it onto the required digital format that can then be played on various digital severs installed in motion picture theatres. Such theatres include the I and E formats as well as the recent DCI standards.
We handle the conversion of the movies to the required formats so as to ensure that the process to get an Australian movie from post-production to the cinema screen is quick and easy.
Our simplified workflow means that instead of having to go through a number of companies to find a distributor so as to sell your movie to cinemas and invest a large amount of time to convert your movie to ensure compliance with standards, you only have to deliver your movie to us and before you know it, your movie will be on cinema screens!
Included in our filmography is "Bitter and Twisted" which stars Matthew Newton and AFI award winner Noni Hazlehurst.
